Colonial era ghosts?

I am, by no means a believer in the supernatural but this picture I took several years ago while walking at night through the 5th avenue in Habana, Cuba. I have no means to explain what appears in the picture and I acknowledge the resemblance to a man’s face on the corner of the picture (with his teeth, nose and eyes) and in the center it looks like a woman. The lack of any explanation does not move me to a supernatural one but I do think this picture can be appreciated by the members of this community. To add to it the dress she is appears to be wearing (barely observable) has a very colonial style to it. The place holds no account of violent deaths (other than any possible car accident) to my knowledge nor is it a very historical site. This is just a big clock in one of the cross of the 5th avenue (the most important avenue in the country).  I did not notice anything strange when taking the picture but, since it was a digital camera, I noticed the reflections right away but did not think much of it.
